PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE COPOLIMEROS. CONSISTE EN POLIMERIZAR ESTERES INSATURADOS CON MONOMEROS POLIMERIZABLES INSATURADOS. COMO ESTER INSATURADO SE EMPLEA UN DIESTER OLEFINICAMENTE INSATURADO QUE CONTIENE GRUPOS DE OH, EL CUAL SE OBTIENE EN UNA SOLA ETAPA POR REACCION DE UN ANHIDRIDO DEL ACIDO CARBOXILICO OLEFINICAMENTE INSATURADO DEL ALCOHOL POLIVALENTE Y DEL COMPUESTO MONOEPOXIDICO. DICHO DIESTER SE OBTIENE A TEMPERATURAS COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE 50 Y 200 GRADOS C. LA COPOLIMERIZACION TIENE LUGAR EN PRESENCIA DE UN INICIADOR POR RADICALES, DE PREFERENCIA PEROXIDO. LA POLIMERIZACION SE MANTIENE HASTA UN GRADO DE CONVERSION DE 95 AL 98 POR 100.
