Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FIJACION DE UN ANTIGENO FIJADO ESPECIFICAMENTE A UN PRIMER ANTICUERPO, EN UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA, Y PARA LA SEPARACION DEL ANTIGENO FIJADO RESPECTO DEL ANTIGENO NO FIJADO, QUE TIENE APLICACIONES PARA LA DETERMINACION DE LA CONCENTRACION DE ANTIGENO EN UN LIQUIDO CORPORAL EN RADIOINMUNOANALISIS COMPETITIVO. CONSISTE EN SEPARAR DEL ANTIGENO LIBRE EL ANTICUERPO CON EL ANTIGENO FIJADO ESPECIFICAMENTE POR MWEDIO DE UN SEGUNDO ANTOCUERPO, QUE ESTA FIJADO POR UNA PARTE A UNA CELULA DE "STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREAUS" Y POR OTRA ESPECIFICAMENTE AL PRIMER ANTICUERPO. LA SEPARACION SE LLEVA A CABO AÑADIENDO A LA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DEL ANTICUERPO UN ACELERADOR DE REACCION, EN MEDIO TAMPONADO CON FOSFATO SODICO.
