PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA LA CALCINACION DE UNA LECHADA QUE CONTIENE CARBONATO CALCICO. SE GRANULA LA LECHADA DE ANTEMANO, Y CON EL GRANULADO OBTENIDO A PARTIR DE LA LECHADA SE CALCINA EN ESTADO FLUIDIFICADO EN AL MENOS DOS NIVELES DE TEMPERATURA, SIENDO LA TEMPERATURA EN EL NIVEL DE TEMPERATURA MAXIMA DE 880 C., MIENTRAS QUE LAS TEMPERATURAS DE LOS NIVELES DE TEMPERATURA PROCEDENTES YACEN POR DEBAJO DE LOS 880 C. COMO COMBUSTIBLE OARA LA CALCINACION SE UTILIZAN EN TODOS LOS NIVELES PRODUCTOS ORGANICOS JUNTO CON UNA CANTIDAD ESTEQUIOMETRICA DE AIRE. EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE DOS O MAS NIVELES DE TEMPERATURA DIVIDIDOS POR REPRESAS QUE DIVIDEN LA CORRIENTE DEL GRANULADO FLUIDIFICADO Y UNA CAJA DE ALIMENTACION DE AIRE COMUN A TODOS LOS NIVELES PARA LA ASDICION DEL GRANULADO Y/O DE LOS PRODUCTOS ORGANICOS EN EL GRANULADO FLUIDICADO.
