UN DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURIDAD PARA LOS TAPACUBOS DE RUEDAS DE VEHÍCULOS, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de comprender una pletina dotada en sus extremos de orificios susceptibles de ser atravesados por tornillos que fijan el cubo de la rueda al eje del vehículo, en cuyos extremos sobresalientes queda montada dicha pletina, de la cual nacen bridas articuladas que se unen por su extremo opuesto a un resorte de ballesta, curvado convenientemente para acoplarse con gran presión en el interior de los bordes del tapacubos embellecedor, permitiendo a éste acercarse o separarse del cubo de la rueda, en el primer caso para sujetarlo a los muelles que normalmente posee el cubo para su sustentación, y en el segundo para permitir el recambio de la rueda.
