CONSISTE EN LA UTILIZACION DE UN RECIPIENTE (1) CON CALEFACCION ENVOLVENTE (3) Y UN AGITADOR (2), QUE ESTA CONECTADO CON UN CIRCUITO DE CIRCULACION (11) A UN SECADOR (10) DE DOS CILINDROS (19). EL CONCENTRADO DE AGUAS RESIDUALES CON UN CONTENIDO MAXIMO DE SUSTANCIA SOLIDA DEL 20% SE PRECALIENTA A 60<025>C, Y SE MEZCLA PARA AJUSTAR EL CONTENIDO DE SUSTANCIAS SOLIDAS FILTRABLES EN UN 5%. EL CONCENTRAD POR MEDIO DE LA BOMBA (14) VOLUMETRICAMENTE DOSIFICADORA Y REGULABLE PASA AL SECADOR DE DOS CILINDROS, DONDE SE SECA EN CANTIDAD DE 10 A 20 L/M DE SUPERFICIE DE CILINDROS UTIL POR HORA, SIENDO LA TEMPERATURA DE CILINDROS DE 160 A 210<025>C Y SUPONIENDO LOS TIEMPOS DE PERMANENCIA ENTRE 7 Y 18 SEGUNDOS. EL SECADO SE EFECTUA A UNA DEPRESION ENTRE 0,8 Y 0,1 BAR. EL CONCENTRADO SE AJUSTA A UN VALOR DEL PH ENTRE 3 Y 8.
