PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UNA FORMA GELENICA DE LA METOCLOPIRAMIDA. SE PREPARAN MICROGRANULOS NEUTROS TAMIZADOS Y SECADOS QUE COMPRENDEN AL MENOS DOS COMPONENTES DEL TIPO PERTENECIENTE A LA CLASE CONSTITUIDA POR SACAROSA, ALMIDON, TALCO, SILICE SECADORA, LACTOSA Y ACIDO ESTEARICO. SE PROYECTA SOBRE ELLOS UNA SOLUCION EN ALCOHOL ABSOLUTO DE METOCLOPIRAMIDA. A ESTE RECUBRIMIENTO SE LE DA A SU VEZ UNA CAPA EXTERNA CONSTITUIDA POR UNA ENVOLTURA MICROPOROSA QUE INCLUYE UN POLIMERO NATURAL Y/O SINTETICO PERTENECIENTE A LA CLASE CONSTITUIDA POR GOMA LACA, GOMA ARABIGA, GELATINA, ETIL-CELULOSA Y SIMILARES. SE MEZCLAN ESTOS MICROGRANULOS CON OTROS MICROGRANULOS NEUTROS NO SOMETIDOS A LAS OPERACIONES ANTERIORES, CON EL FIN DE OBTENER UNA CONCENTRACION PREDETERMINADA DE METOCLOPIRAMIDA.
