Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN VECTOR DE TRANSFERENCIA DE ACIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO QUE SE UTILIZA EN EL MANTENIMIENTO Y REPLICA DE UNA SECUENCIA DESOXINUCLEOTIDICA QUE CODIFICA UNA SOMATOSTATINA O UN PRECURSOR DE SOMATOSTATINA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UNA SECUENCIA DESOXINUCLEOTIDICA QUE CODIFICA UNA SOMATOSTATINA, UNA PREPRO-SOMATOSTATINA-1 O -2, UNA PROSOMATOSTATINA-1 O -2, O SOMATOSTATINA-2, CON UNA MOLECULA DE ACIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO, QUE SE OBTIENE CORTANDO UN VECTOR DE TRANSFERENCIA CON UNA ENZIMA DE RESTRICCION. LAS SOMATOSTATINAS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA REGULAR LA PRODUCCION DE HORMONAS.
