Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL DESENCOLADO O DESAPRESTO DE MATERIALES DE FIBRA DE CONTENIDO CELULOSICO. SE TRATA EL MATERIAL DE FIBRA CON UN BAÑO ALCALINO ACUOSO QUE CONTIENE DE 2 A 30 G POR LITRO DE BAÑO DE UNA COMPOSICION FORMADA POR 5 A 60% DE UN TENSIOACTIVO ANIONICO, 10 A 80% DE UN OXIDANTE INORGANICO, TAL COMO UN PERSULFATO SODICO Y 0,5 A 10% DE UN COPOLIMERIZADO DE SILOXANO-OXIALQUILENO. OPCIONALMENTE PUEDE LLEVAR UN 10 A 25% DE COMPUESTO CAPAZ DE FORMAR REACTIVAMENTE CON LOS IONES METALICOS COMPLEJOS INCOLOROS SOLUBLES EN AGUA Y UN 10 A 40% DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO POLAR, TAL COMO PROPILENGLICOL. SE REALIZA ANTES, DURANTE O DESPUES DEL TRATAMIENTO UN BLANQUEO SUPLEMENTARIO DEL MATERIAL DE FIBRA MEDIANTE ALMACENAMIENTO EN FRIO EN PRESENCIA DE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO, DE CLORURO DE MAGNESIO Y DE UN TENSIOACTIVO NO IONOGENO. SE EXPRESIONA EL MATERIAL RESULTANTE Y SE SOMETE A LA ACCION DEL VAPOR.
