METODO PARA PREPARAR UN MATERIAL LAMINAR COMPUESTO A PARTIR DE UN POLIMERO DE POLIURETANO Y UN MATERIAL LAMINAR POROSO. SE CONSTITUYE UNA COMPOSICION ACUOSA DE POLIURETANO POR MEDIO DE UNA DISPERSION ACUOSA DE POLIURETANO ANIONICO QUE POSEE GRUPOS ANIONICOS UNIDOS COVALENTEMENTE A LA CADENA DE POLIMERO, SOLUBILIZANDOSE POR LA ADICION DE UN COMPUESTO CATIONICO QUE FORMA UNA SAL CON EL GRUPO ANIONICO. SE INCLUYE TAMBIEN DENTRO DE LA COMPOSICION UN COMPUESTO QUE, CUANDO SE CALIENTA EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA, GENERA ACIDO, LO QUE DESPLAZA EL COMPUESTO CATIONICO DEL GRUPO ANIONICO UNIDO COVALENTEMENTE. SE IMPREGNA UNA PORCION DEL MATERIAL LAMINAR POROSO CON DICHA COMPOSICION ACUOSA DE POLIURETANO ANIONICO, CALENTANDOSE EL MATERIAL IMPREGNADO PARA GENERAR ACIDO Y COAGULAR LA DISPERSION EN EL MATERIAL POROSO. EL IMPREGNANTE SE SECA FORMANDO UN MATERIAL LAMINAR COMPUESTO.
