SE CALIENTA UN MERCAPTAN CON ESTAÑO METALICO EN UN MEDIO REACCIONAL FLUIDIFICADO POR ADICION DE UN DISOLVENTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA QUE OSCILA ENTRE 150 Y 200 C, Y PREFERENTEMENTE ENTRE 170 Y 190 C, SIENDO LA PROPORCION DE ESTAÑO DE 1 A 4 ATOMOS POR CADA 4 MOLES DE MERCAPTAN, Y ESTANDO EL ESTAÑO EN FORMA DE PARTICULAS DE 1 A 5 MILIMETROS, Y PREFERENTEMENTE DE 10 A 500 MICROMETROS. EL ESTAÑO QUE NO HA REACCIONADO SE SEPARA POR FILTRACION DE LA MEZCLA PARA SER REUTILIZADO EN UNA NUEVA OPERACION.
