CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE ACIDO 2-METOXI-5-SULFAMOILBENZOICO, O UNO DE SUS DERIVADOS REACTIVOS, CON 1-PROPIL-2-AMINOMETIL-PIRROLIDINA O UNO DE SUS DERIVADOS REACTIVOS. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE POLAR, TAL COMO GLICOL ATILENICO, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 50-55 C. EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE CRISTALIZA MEDIANTE ADICION DE AGUA.
