CONSISTE EN TRANSFORMAR EL MICROORGANISMO ESCHERICHIA COLI X1776 CON EL PLASMIDO RECOMBINANTE T<PIF 319-13, CUYO ADN ESTA INSERTADO EN UN ADN RECTOR. LA TRANSFORMACION SE LLEVA A CABO SIGUIENDO METODOS CONVENCIONALES. ESTE MICROORGANISMO TIENE APLICACIONES CLINICAS POR SU ACTIVIDAD ANTIVIRAL Y ANTITUMORAL.
