EL COLOIDE RESINA DE MELAMINA/FORMALDEHIDO SE OBTIENE MEZCLANDO EN FORMA CONTINUA UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA AL 40-80% DE UNA MELAMINA EVENTUALMENTE MODIFICADA, CON AGUA Y ACIDO, EN UNA ZONA DE MEZCLADO CON CORRIENTE TURBULENTA, A 40-110 C Y UN PH DE 2 A 4, DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE 1 A 300 SEGUNDOS CONTADOS DESDE LA ZONA DE MEZCLADO HASTA EL LUGAR DE ADICION A LA PASTA DE PAPEL, OBTENIENDOSE UNA ADICION COLOIDAL DE RESINA DE MELAMINA/FORMALDEHIDO QUE CONTIENE UN 5 A 20% EN PESO DE MATERIA SOLIDA.
