CONSISTE EN LA OBTENCION DE UN GEN FUSIONADO CON UNA REGION QUE CODIFICA A INTERFERON HUMANO, QUE INCLUYE UN PUNTO DE INICIACION DE LA TRADUCCION FUSIONADO CON UN INDUCTOR TRANSPORTABLE QUE TIENE UNA SECUENCIA DE SHINE-DALGARNO Y UN PUNTO DE INICIACION DE LA TRANSCRIPCION INSERTADO AGUAS ARRIBA DEL PUNTO DE INICIACION DE LA TRADUCCION; SEGUIDA DE LA TRANSFORMACION DE UN MICROORGANISMO CON EL GEN FUSIONADO; Y CULTIVO DEL MICROORGANISMO PARA EXPRESAR EL INTERFERON.
