CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE DIOXIDO DE CARBONO Y AMONIACO A CARBONATO AMONICO EN UNA ZONA DE REACCION SEGUIDA DE LA TRANSFORMACION DE UNA PARTE DEL CARBONATO AMONICO EN UREA, FORMANDO UN EFLUENTE EN LA ZONA DE REACCION QUE CONTIENE UREA, CARBONATO Y AMONIACO; DESCOMPOSICION DE UNA PARTE DEL CARBONATO AMONICO CONTENIDO EN UNA CORRIENTE DE PRODUCTO UREA Y CARBONATO EN UNA ZONA DE SEPARACION DE MATERIAS VOLATILES; Y SEPARACION DE LAS MATERIAS VOLATILES, AMONIACO Y DIOXIDO DE CARBONO. LA ZONA DE REACCION SE MANTIENE A UNA PRESION ENTRE 125 Y 250 BAR, Y LA ZONA DE SEPARACION SE MANTIENE A UNA PRESION INFERIOR A LA ANTERIOR.
