PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UN POLVO GRANULADO SECO, DE LIBRE FLUENCIA A BASE DE ISOCIANATO. SE HACEN REACCIONAR 100 PARTES EN PESO DE 4,4 -DIFENILMETANO DIISOCIANATO CON DE 2 A 7 PARTES EN PESO DE RESORCINOL, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 40 A 80 C, EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CANTIDAD DE 0,001 A 5% EN PESO, BASADO EN LA CANTIDAD DE ISOCIANATO, DE MATERIAL CATALITICO QUE CATALIZA LA REACCION ENTRE GRUPOS ISOCIANATO Y GRUPOS HIDROXILO. SE DEJA QUE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION EXPERIMENTE UNA EXOTERMA A UNA TEMPERATURA NO SUPERIOR A 90 C Y SE DEJA ENFRIAR EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE A UNA TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE.
