Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE NITRATO DE MAGNESIO HEXAHIDRATADO POR TRATAMIENTO DE OXIDO DE MAGNESIO CON ACIDO NITRICO EN MEDIO ACUOSO. CONSISTE EN SUSPENDER OXIDO DE MAGNESIO EN NITRATO DE MAGNESIO HEXAHIDRATADO FUNDIDO, QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 90 C; AÑADIR UNA DISOLUCION DE ACIDO NITRICO A LA SUSPENSION OBTENIDA, MIENTRAS SE AGITA; FILTRAR LA MEZCLA DE REACCION; SEPARAR UNA PARTE DE NITRATO DE MAGNESIO HEXAHIDRATADO LIQUIDO FILTRADO, Y UTILIZAR LA OTRA COMO MEDIO PARA LA REACCION. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES PARA LA OBTENCION DE GRANULOS DE NITRATO AMONICO.
