CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1 ) AISLAR ARN DE CADENA UNICA DEL FMDV. 2 ) PREPARAR UNA PRIMERA CADENA UNICA DE ADN COMPLEMENTARIA AL ARN DE CADENA UNICA. 3 ) PREPARAR UNA SEGUNDA CADENA DE ADN COMPLEMENTARIA A LA PRIMERA DE AON Y UNIDA A ESTA MEDIANTE HIDROGENO. LA MOLECULA DE ADN COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE CONDIFICA SUSTANCIALMENTE AL MENOS UNA PROTEINA DE FMDV UN PRECURSOR DE LAS PROTEINAS DE LA CAPSIDA DEL FMDV, LA PROTEINA P88 DEL FMDV U OTROS. LA MOLECULA DE ADN OBTENIDA; COMPRENDE UN NUCLEOTIDO QUE CORRESPONDE A LA TOTALIDAD O A UNA PARTE DE ARN DEL VIRUS DE LA GLOSOPEDA (FMDV).
