ESTA CONSTITUIDA POR UN JUEGO DE FIBRAS LIBRES Y LISAS, DE MATERIAL APROPIADO, RECTILINEAS Y PARALELAS AL EJE DE LOS CORRESPONDIENTES ELEMENTOS TUBULARES, REGULARMENTE REPARTIDAS, EN FORMA ANULAR, Y APLICADAS POR CUALQUIER SISTEMA APROPIADO CONTRA LA PARED INTERNA DE LOS ELEMENTOS TUBULARES, PREFERENTEMENTE SOBRE TODA LA LONGITUD DE LOS MISMOS.
