COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE DISUELVE LACTOSA CON UN CONTENIDO DE MATERIA SECA COMPRENDIDO ENTRE UN 40 Y UN 80% EN AGUA CALIENTE QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 90 Y 120 GRADOS; SEGUNDA, LA DISOLUCION DE LACTOSA ASI OBTENIDA SE HIDROLIZA TRATANDOLA CON UN INTERCAMBIADOR CATIONICO, FUERTEMENTE ACIDO, PARA TRANSFORMAR LA LACTOSA EN GLUCOSA Y GALACTOSA; Y POR ULTIMO, EL PRODUCTO GLUCOSA-GALACTOSA ASI OBTENIDO SE ENFRIA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 10 Y 120 GRADOS Y SE EXTRAE PARA EL USO DIRECTO O PARA UN TRATAMIENTO ADICIONAL.
