CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE DIMETILAMINA CON CLORURO DE CIANURILO, EN UN DISOLVENTE CONSTITUIDO POR UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE HIDROXIDO SODICO Y UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO, TAL COMO BENCENO, TOLUENO O XILENO, Y EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR DE TRANSFERENCIA DE FASE, TAL COMO CLORURO DE TRIETILBENCILAMONIO. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DEL CANCER DE PULMON Y DE OVARIO, ASI COMO TAMBIEN COMO PESTICIDA.
