Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA REDUCIR LOS EFECTOS INDESEABLES DE EMPAÑADO SUPERFICIAL Y REFLEXION DE LUZ SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE OPTICA. CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1 ) REVESTIR LA SUPERFICIE CON UNA COMPOSICION A BASE DE UN COMPONENTE PARTICULADO INORGANICO DE TAMAÑO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 7 Y 50 NM Y OTRO DE TAMAÑO 75 A 150 NM, UN AGLUTINANTE POLIMERICO Y UN MEDIO LIQUIDO VOLATIL. 2 ) SECAR LA COMPOSICION A TEMPERATURAS DE HASTA 250 C PARA QUE EL MEDIO SE VOLATILICE CON LO QUE SE PROPORCIONA UNA CAPA DONDE AL MENOS ALGUNAS DE LAS PARTICULAS DE SILICE Y/O ALUMINA SOBRESALEN DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL AGLUTINANTE POLIMERICO. COMO AGLUTINANTE SE EMPLEA UN POLIMERO DE UN HALOGENOESTER DE VINILO. EL MEDIO LIQUIDO VOLATIL COMPRENDE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO O UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS.
