Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE POLIISOCIANATOS-POLIISOCIANURATOS. CONSISTE EN UNA CICLOTRIMERIZACION CATALITICA DE POLIISOCIANATOS EMPLEANDO COMO CATALIZADORES COMPUESTOS CON GRUPOS AMINOSILILADOS. CUANDO SE ALCANZA EL CONTENIDO DESEADO DEL GRUPO ISOCIANURATO, EL CATALIZADOR SE DESTRUYE POR ADICION DE UN COMPUESTO DESACTIVADOR SELECCIONADO ENTRE LOS COMPUESTOS ORGANICOS (A) (ENOLES, FENOLES Y OTROS), PORTADORES DE AL MENOS UN GRUPO HIDROXILO, O DE COMPUESTOS RESULTANTES DE LA REACCION DEL GRUPO ISOCIANATO CON EL COMPUESTO ORGANICO (A). LA PROPORCION MOLAR ENTRE EL AGENTE DESACTIVADOR Y EL CATALIZADOR ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,5 Y 2, Y LA TEMPERATURA A LA QUE SE EFECTUA ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 C Y 180 C.TIENE APLICACION COMO CONSTITUYENTES DE BASE PARA PINTURAS Y BARNICES.
