METODO DE VISUALIZACION DE FARMACOS EMPLEANDO CROMATOGRAFIA EN CAPA DELGADA.COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) EXTRACCION DEL FARMACO DE UNA MUESTRA FISIOLOGICA; 2) CONCENTRACION DEL FARMACO; 3) TRANSFERENCIA DEL FARMACO CONCENTRADO A UNA PLACA CROMATOGRAFICA; 4) DESARROLLO DE LA PLACA; Y 5) DETECCION DEL FARMACO SOBRE LA PLACA POR VISUALIZACION DEL FARMACO. SE EMPLEA UNA PLACA CROMATOGRAFICA IMPREGNADA CON UNA SAL DE VANADIO, QUE SE PREPARA EXPONIENDO EL MATERIAL ABSORBENTE, GEL DE SILICE, SOPORTADO POR FIBRA DE VIDRIO, A UNA SOLUCION DE SAL DE VANADIO, DURANTE VARIOS SEGUNDOS. PUEDEN EMPLEARSEVARIAS SALES DE VANADIO SOLUBLES EN AGUA, TALES COMO EL PENTOXIDO DE VANADIO, V2O5, EL SULFATO DE VANADILO VOSO, Y EL METAVANADATO DE AMONIO, NH4VO3.
