Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE CIS-3,3,5-TRIMETIL-CICLOHEXIL-D,L-ALFA-(3-PIRIDINCARBOXI)-FENILACETATO. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR EL CLORHIDRATO DE ACIDO D,L-ALFA-(3-PIRIDINCARBOXI)-FENILACETICO CON CIS-3,3,5-TRIMETILCICLOHEXANOL, PARA FORMAR EL CIS-3,3,5-TRIMETIL-CICLOHEXIL0D,L-ALFA-(3-PIRIDINCARBOXI)-FENILACETATO DE FORMULA (I). LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN MEDIO CONSTITUIDO POR CLORURO DE CLOROMETILEN DIMETILAMONIO EN CLORURO DE METILO, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20 Y 30 C, DONDE LOS REACTIVOS SE HACEN REACCIONAR EN UNA RELACION MOLAR ENTRE 1:1,1 Y 1:1,2; Y DONDE SE PURIFICA EL PRODUCTO DE FORMULA (I) MEDIANTE PRECIPITACION CON ACIDO P-TOLUENSULFONICO EN ACETONA, SEGUIDO DE TRATAMIENTO CON CARBONATO SODICO EN UN MEDIO CONSTITUIDO POR AGUA Y UN DISOLVENTE COMO CLORURO DE METILO. TIENEN APLICACIONES CLINICAS EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA CEREBROVASCULAR.
