EL LAVADO SE REALIZA CON AGUA, O CON CLORURO SODICO EN AGUA AL 0,5% Y POSTERIORMENTE CON AGUA SIN PERDIDAS CONSIDERABLES; Y LA ELUCION SE REALIZA CON CLORURO DE LITIO AL 5%; DONDE LAS FRACCIONES MAS ACTIVAS SON SELECCIONADAS, BIEN DETERMINANDO LA INHIBICION DE LA PENICILINASA MEDIANTE EL METODO DE LA HIDROXILAMINA, O BIEN MEDIANTE LA VALORACION DE ACIDO CLAVULANICO EN PRESENCIA DE NAOH.
