METODO APLICABLE A UN SISTEMA DE CAMBIO IONICO. COMPRENDE: A) HACER PASAR A LOS GRANULOS DE RESINA DESCARGADOS BAJO EL EFECTO DE LA PRESION HIDRAULICA A UNA PARTE INFERIOR DE UNA CAMARA DE DOSIFICACION QUE SE EXTIENDE HACIA ARRIBA, Y QUE TIENE UN TAMIZ DE RETENCION DE GRANULOS DISPUESTOS A TRAVES DE ELLA A UN NIVEL SITUADO ENCIMA DE LA PARTE INFERIOR; B) SEGUIR INTRODUCIENDO A LOS GRANULOS EN LA CAMARA HASTA QUE ALCANCEN EL NIVEL DEL LADO INFERIOR DEL TAMIZ Y ESTEN COMPRIMIDOS CONTRA EL; C) DETECTAR BAJO LA FORMA DE UNA SEÑAL DE CONTROL LA ALTURA DEL NIVEL DEL LIQUIDO ENCIMA DEL TAMIZ, Y/O LA PRESION MAS ELEVADA DEL LIQUIDO DEBAJO DEL TAMIZ PRODUCIDA POR LA COMPRESION DE LOS GRANULOS CONTRA EL TAMIZ; D) UTILIZAR LA SEÑAL PARA INTERRUMPIR LA APLICACION DE LA PRESION HIDRAULICA Y HACER PASAR LOS GRANULOS EN LA CAMARA, PARA OBTENER UNA CANTIDAD DOSIFICADA CON PRECISION DE GRANULOS DE RESINA AGLOMERADOS; Y E) TRANSFERIR LA CANTIDAD MEDIDA A OTRA UNIDAD DEL SISTEMA DE CAMBIO IONICO QUE UTILIZA LECHO EN MOVIMIENTO EN CIRCUITO CERRADO.
