COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE DILUYE CON AGUA UNA MASA DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS ANAEROBIAS CONGELADAS O LIOFILIZADAS; SEGUNDA, SE AÑADE A DICHA SOLUCION DILUIDA CISTEINA QUE ACTUA COMO AGENTE DE CONSERVACION DE LA EFICACIA DE DICHAS BACTERIAS, REDUCIENDO EL EFECTO TOXICO DEL OXIGENO DISUELTO EN EL AGUA; Y POR ULTIMO, OPCIONALMENTE SE AJUSTA EL PH DE LA SOLUCION HASTA UN VALOR PROXIMO A LA NEUTRALIDAD, MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE COMPUESTOS CON UN EFECTO TAMPON ADECUADO.
