EN EL SISTEMA DE ENSILADO Y TRANSPORTE DEBE EVITARSE LA HIDRATACION DEL PRODUCTO FINAL QUE ESTARA COMPUESTO DE CANTIDADES APROPIADAS DE AGUA, CARBONATO CALCICO Y MAGNESICO, OXIDOS DE CALCIO Y MAGNESIO, OXIDO DE SILICIO, ALUMINIO Y ALUMINATOS, CARBONO Y SESQUIOXIDOS.
