PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE CAL VIVA CON TIEMPO DE HIDRATACION PROLONGADO. CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR CAL VIVA CON AL MENOS UN COMPUESTO SELECCIONADO ENTRE UN ACIDO MONOCARBOXILICO, UN ACIDO DICARBOXILICO, UN ACIDO POLICARBOXILICO, UNA SAL DE CUALQUIERA DE ESTOS ACIDOS O UNA SAL DE UN ACIDO OXOFOSFORICO; Y EN MANTENER LA MEZCLA OBTENIDA DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE UNA Y 36 HORAS, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 Y 450 GRADOS, PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE 90 Y 300 GRADOS, PARA ESTABLECER UNA REACCION QUIMICA ENTRE LA CAL Y EL ACIDO O LA SAL QUE SE UTILICE, CONSIGUIENDO DE ESTA MANERA QUE EL TIEMPO DE HIDRATACION SE PROLONGUE. TRAS ENFRIAR LA CAL VIVA CON UN TIEMPO DE HIDRATACION PROLONGADO, SE LA MEZCLA CON 0,1 A 5% EN PESO DE UN AGENTE REDUCTOR DE AGUA, POR EJEMPLO UNA RESINA DE MELAMINA-FORMALDEHIDO SULFONADA, LIGNOSULFONATO, NA2SO4 O UNA RESINA DE NAFTALENO-FORMALDEHIDO, PARA AUMENTAR ADICIONALMENTE EL TIEMPO DE HIDRATACION.
