PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE ALUMINATOS DE CALCIO O ESCORIAS PREFUNDIDAS MEDIANTE EL APROVECHAMIENTO DE ESCORIAS RESIDUALES. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE CARGA UN HORNO ELECTRICO CON UN CONGLOMERADO SENSIBLEMENTE HOMOGENEO QUE CONTIENE ESCORIAS RESIDUALES PROCEDENTES DE LA PRODUCCION DE FERROMOLIBDENO O DE LA PRODUCCION DE FERROVANADIO; SEGUNDA, A CONTINUACION SE PROCEDE A LA HOMOGENEIZACION DEL ESPATO FLUOR O LA CAL JUNTO CON LAS ESCORIAS, POR MEDIO DE UN MEZCLADOR; TERCERA, SE LE AÑADEN A LA CARGA DEL HORNO REDUCTORES DE ALUMINIO EN FORMA DE GRANALLA O EN FORMA DE FERROALUMINIO; Y POR ULTIMO, SE PROCEDE AL VOLCADO DEL HORNO MEDIANTE DISPOSITIVOS ADECUADOS. ANTES DE INTRODUCIR AL HORNO LA MEZCLA, UNA VEZ DOSIFICADOS TODOS SUS COMPONENTES, SE HOMOGENEIZA EN UNA MEZCLADORA CON OBJETO DE LOGRAR UNA INTIMA UNION DEL REDUCTOR CON LOS DEMAS ELEMENTOS.
