CONSISTE EN FORMAR UNA MEZCLA DE UNA COMPOSICION REFRACTARIA DE UN MATERIAL QUE CONTIENE CaO Y UNA COMPOSICION AGLUTINANTE Y MOLDEAR LADRILLOS A PARTIR DE LA MEZCLA; DONDE PARA EVITAR LA HIDRATACION DEL CaO Y EL REBLANDECIMIENTO DE LOS LADRILLOS AL CALENTARLOS, EL MATERIAL QUE CONTIENE CaO SE SELECCIONA ENTRE CAL CALCINADA, DOLOMITA CALCINADA Y SUS MEZCLAS Y LA COMPOSICION AGLUTINANTE ESTA PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD ENTRE 1 Y 10% EN PESO, BASADO EN EL PESO DE LA MEZCLA, Y CONSTA PRINCIPALMENTE DE UNA COMPOSICION DE RESINA DE FENOL DEL TIPO NOVOLACA TERMOESTABLE Y UN DISOLVENTE ANHIDRO QUE CONSTA DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD DEL 40% EN PESO BASADA EN EL PESO DEL AGLUTINANTE.
