CONSISTE EN HACER FLUIR A LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACRILAMIDA Y AL REFRIGERANTE, EN EL INTERIOR Y EN EL EXTERIOR DE UN INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO CONFORMADO EN DOBLE PARED O DEL TIPO DE CARCASA Y TUBO, EQUIPADO CON UNO O VARIOS TUBOS REFRIGERADORES INOXIDABLES, CON SUS PAREDES INTERIORES PULIDAS ELECTROLITICAMENTE, EN LAS SIGUIENTES CONDICIONES: A) CONCENTRACION DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACRILAMIDA ENTRE UN 40-60 POR CIENTO DE PESO; B) TEMPERATURA DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACRILAMIDA EN LA ENTRADA DEL INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO ENTRE -2GC Y +10GC; C) VELOCIDAD DE FLUJO DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACRILAMIDA A TRAVES DE CADA TUBO REFRIGERADOR ENTRE 0,3 Y 6 M/SEG; D) TEMPERATURA DEL REFRIGERANTE A LA ENTRADA DEL INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO ENTRE -5GC Y +8GC; E) REGIMEN DE FLUJO DEL REFRIGERANTE LAMINAR.
