COMPRENDE: A) HACER PASAR EL EXTRACTO DE DIGESTION ENZIMATICO DE TEJIDOS ANIMALES A TRAVES DE DISTINTAS MEMBRANAS SELECTIVAS DE ULTRAFILTRACION, PARA ELIMINAR DE DICHOS EXTRACTOS ACIDOS NUCLEICOS, POLIMEROS DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR (PEPTIDOS, AMINOACIDOS Y MUCOPOLISACARIDOS) Y SALES Y OBTENER A GLICOSAMINOGLICANOS EN FASE LIQUIDA; B) TRATAR A LA SOLUCION LIQUIDA DE GLICOSAMINOGLICANOS CON CATIONES DE AMONIO CUATERNARIO EN FASE DE BUTANOL, PARA COMPLEJARLOS; C) PURIFICAR LA SOLUCION COMPLEJANTE DE GLICOSAMINOGLICANOS; Y D) TRATAR LA SOLUCION DE GLICOSAMINOAGLICANOS CON CLORURO DE SODIO, PARA AISLAR A DICHOS GLICOSAMINOGLICANOS EN FASE SOLIDA.
