Abstract

CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), CON UN AGENTE ALQUILANTE SELECCIONADO ENTRE SULFATO DE DIALQUILO, YODURO DE DIALQUILO O TETRAFLUORBORATO DE TRIALQUILOXONIO, O CON UN AGENTE HALOGENANTE SELECCIONADO ENTRE FOSGENO Y OXICLORURO DE FOSFORO, EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE FRENTE A LA REACCION, TAL COMO DICLOROMETANO, A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE O A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A LA AMBIENTE Y DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 1 Y 4 HORAS. DE APLICACION COMO SUSTANCIAS TERAPEUTICAS ACTIVAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE CONDICIONES INFLAMATORIAS.
