Abstract

NUEVO MARTILLO NEUMÁTICO PERFORADOR caracterizado por que está constituido esencialmente por un cilindro, en cuyo interior se desliza un vástago que sirve de percutor, este en su movimiento de vaivén hace girar una rueda con trinquetes que es la que sirve para dar movimiento de rotación al barreno o aguja perforadora; atravesando todo el eje del martillo se aloja un tubo llamado de inyección que a su vez se aloja en la culata de la barrena, introduciéndose en esta unos 30 m/m por el cual se inyecta agua a una determinada presión, que circulando por todo el hueco de la barrena llega al fondo del agujero a perforar y hace salir la parte sedimentada en forma de barro, evitando la producción de polvo; pudiendo el martillo trabajar también en seco con una gran fuerza de perforación ya que su pistón es de gran diámetro, su engrase por presión, su válvula de distribución más ligera y tiene aumentadas las cámaras de compensación.
