Claims (6)
1. En metod med vars hjälp en odlings- eller ogräsväxtindivid automatiskt kan igenkännas som hörande till en viss art eller 5 till en fylogenetisk grupp som är större än en art, kännetecknad av att igenkänningen sker genom att utsätta växten för en eller flera 10 serier av belysningsperioder, mätä variationen i det relativa fluorescensutbytet av klorofyll a som växten emitterar som en funktion av tid och belysning, och med hjälp av en mönsterigenkänningsalgoritm jämföra den pä detta sätt erhällna kurvan, som illustrerar variationen i fluorescensutbytet, med i 15 motsvarande kurvor som uppmätts pä motsvarande sätt i representanter för kända fylogenetiska grupper.
2. En igenkänningsmetod enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att variationen i klorofyll a:s relativa fluorescensutbyte uppmäts 20 genom att använda amplitudmodulerat excitationsljus.
