Abstract

Jauhinlevy kuitujauhinta varten, jossa on jauhinlevyn irrotuslaite,joka laite on integroitu levyyn ja pidetään siinä Jauhimen käytön aikana. Irrotuslaite sisältää ohjauselementin, joka tulee esiin levystä levyn kiinnityspintaa kohti levyn pakottamiseksi irti kiinnityspinnasta. Edullisessa suoritusmuodossaan ohjauselementti on kiertein varustettu irrotustulppa levyssä olevassa kiertein varustetussa reiässä. Tulppa on edullisesti yhtä yhtenäistä ja vailla kantaa olevaa rakennetta, johon tartutaan työkalulla irrotuksen aikana, eikä se ole pidempi kuin levyn poikkileikkaus. Reikä on etäisyydellä levyn kiinnitysrei'istä, se voi olla sivuun siirretty levyn keskipisteestä mekaanisen vaikutuksen lisäämiseksi irrottamisen aikana, ja siinä on olake lähellä levyn jauhinpintaa, jolla estetään tulppaa tulemasta ulos levystä jauhimen toiminnan aikana.
