Abstract

In a device for moulding prefabricated constructional elements with surfacing panels having a horizontal bottom surface and movable lateral walls which can be fixed to the bottom surface, a flexible elastic sheet rests on the bottom surface and is provided on the upper side with recesses each of which grips one of the surfacing panels. Pref. the elastic panel is fixed to the bottom mould surface by means of the lateral walls and the recesses may be delimited by perpendicular ribs forming rectangular sections. A prefd. material for the elastic sheet is a silicone elastomer. After the panels are placed in position concrete may be poured into the mould, vibrated and the panel removed from the mould. Opt. the spaces between the panels may be filled with cement. Surfacing panels may be applied to concrete structural elements while being retained firmly in position during moulding.
