Abstract

Printing forms for silkscreen printing are produced directly on the screen by applying to the sensitized emulsion, when still wet, a water- impermeable film, drying, exposing the emulsion, and developing, and removing the thin film; the thin film prevents the agglomeration of emulsion around the crossing points of the fibres of the screen, and thereby eliminates the formation of saw-toothed lines on the stencil.
