Abstract
Suspensions or solutions, esp. foodstuffs, also pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, are produced by cavitation using vibrations of 10,000-50,000, esp. 16,000-25,000 cycles/sec. The cavitation is produced before freezing. Pref., cavitation is followed by lyophilization.
