Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux joints mettant en oeuvre des collerettes en V. Elle concerne plus spécialement des tuyaux obtenus cylindriques et présentant une incompatibilité, au collage ou au soudage, avec le matériau constitutif des collerettes. On crée sur le tuyau et la collerette des reliefs complémentaires conjugués qui les bloquent axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre. Suivant les matériaux en présence, on colle ou soude un anneau 9, complet ou non, ou bien on expanse un bourrelet venu de matière, à partir du tuyau, et ces reliefs du tuyau se logent dans une gorge ménagée dans la collerette; ou encore on usine dans le tuyau une gorge d'accueil d'une surépaisseur interne de la collerette. Cette invention intéresse par exemple les tuyaux en polychlorure de vinyle. On peut ainsi leur adjoindre des collerettes d'aluminium. La joint obtenu reste démontable et se trouve ainsi verrouillé axialement.
