a. L'invention concerne un régulateur de tension à semiconducteur qui doit empêcher la chute de tension de réglage en dessous d'une valeur prescrite bien déterminée. b. Pour obtenir cette régulation, on monte, parallèlement à une partie de la résistance de division de la tension, un élément de commande semi-conducteur qui répond quand la tension de réglage est descendue en dessous d'une valeur prescrite bien déterminée et qui élève ensuite la tension de réglage, ce qui assure la correction de la valeur minimum de la tension de réglage. c. dispositif a pour but d'éviter qu'il puisse se produire, quand les vitesses de rotation sont élevées et la charge importante, un état qui pourrait provoquer une décharge de la batterie.
