Abstract

a. Installation d'extraction pour les exploitations au fond L'installation se compose d'un convoyeur de taille 1 et d'un convoyeur de galerie 2 qui se suivent sans discontinuité par l'intermédiaire d'une courbe de roulement 6 entre la taille 4 et la galerie 5, ainsi que d'une machine d'extraction (rabot à charbon 3). La chaîne de commande du rabot, dotée d'un dispositif moteur propre, est guidée le long du front d'abattage par des profils à canaux guide-chaîne pour les brins inférieur et supérieur de la chaîne. b. A la transition de la taille à la galerie 6 la chaîne 10 est dérivée à l'aide de galets de renvoi 12 superposés à un écart correspondant à celui entre les brins de la chaîne, et on guide la chaîne jusqu'à son dispositif moteur situé dans la galerie. c. Avancé jusqu'à la zone de renvoi de sa chaîne, le rabot peut travailler sur la totalité du front d'abattage et on peut se passer d'un compartiment à machine et d'un deuxième rabot
