L'invention concerne la détection d'espèces moléculaires particulières. Elle se rapporte à un détecteur de la pression et de la quantité d'une espèce moléculaire particulière, comprenant une matière dont les propriétés varient lorsqu'elle est exposée à l'espèce moléculaire intéressante, par liaison réversible de l'espèce moléculaire, un dispositif de détection de cette variation, et un dispositif d'introduction de porteurs de charge dans la matière afin que la détérioration présente dans celle-ci soit compensée. Application au contrôle de processus biologiques in vivo.
