Abstract

Le moteur selon l'invention comprend une tôle mince et souple 1 pourvue d'un orifice circulaire et formant un joint étanche 7 avec la carcasse 6 du moteur. Cette tôle est soudée à l'extrémité libre d'une gaine 3 formant écran de telle façon que la gaine et l'orifice de la tôle soient concentriques. Le stator 4 est placé avec ses enroulements 5 autour de la gaine. La carcasse 6 formant une seule pièce avec la boîte à bornes 8 est montée contre la partie en saillie 7 de la tôle et autour du stator. Le stator est rempli d'un mélange à mouler 9 que l'on laisse durcir et on monte enfin le rotor et les autres élements. Applications : moteurs pour pompes de circulation de chauffage central.
