L'appareil de manoeuvre comprend au moins un organe de manoeuvre excentrique 14, 39 qui est logé dans le cylindre 1, coopère avec au moins un volet de serrage correspondant 4 et est muni de moyens 17, 54 pour le branchement d'un outil d'actionnement 55. Application aux presses rotatives d'imprimerie et aux rotatives offset.
