Abstract

Nouveaux dérivés d'oléandomycine semi-synthétiques, présentant des modifications sur l'atome de carbone en position 8. On obtient ces composés par contact d'une oléandomycine ou de ses dérivés avec un amalgame métallique dans un solvant non aprotique en mélange avec un solvant inerte vis-à-vis de la réaction. Les nouveaux composés de l'invention sont doués de propriétés antibactériennes.
