Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et dispositif pour la saisie et l'appréciation automatique d'indications optiques de fissures à la surface de pièces. La surface est explorée par un dispositif photosensible par lignes dont la largeur correspond à la largeur maximale de l'indication optique retenue comme seuil de la saisie; les signaux clair-obscur sont comparés en formant la différence entre le signal de la lignee (groupes de lignes) centrale d'une part, et le signal des deux autres lignes (groupes de lignes) d'autre part, et en analysant cette différence pour déclencher un signal de détection d'erreurs en cas de dépassement d'un seuil minimal. Applications : industrie métallurgique.
