Abstract

Mécanisme pour abaisser le dossier d'un siège. Un mécanisme selon l'invention comporte un bras 1 fixé au siège, un bras 2 fixé au dossier mobile, un arbre 3 traversant les deux bras et portant un excentrique 6 et un pignon 5 qui engrène tangentiellement à l'intérieur d'une couronne dentée formée dans le bras 2, la manoeuvre d'un bouton de commande 4 permettant le pivotement du bras 2 du dossier et le dossier étant verrouillé automatiquement dans la position choisie à la fin de la manoeuvre du bouton 4. Convient, en particulier, pour les sièges d'une voiture automobile.
